Mine comes from production – agents answering real phone calls, tools with real users, and fifteen years running product and growth inside companies like Intuit, Sysco, and Rogers. Underneath it is a real grounding in the technology itself: I've studied machine learning at the fundamentals, watched it evolve into today's LLMs, and I'm already working in what's next – agentic systems, local models, and the hardware they'll run on. Talks and hands-on workshops on what AI can actually do for your team or business – built from production experience, not slideware. I love this field and study it constantly: testing, playing, breaking things, from how the models actually work to where it's all heading – agentic AI, local models, hardware and robotics.
